Building Code & Zoning

The Ontario Building Code and Municipal Zoning restrictions have an impact on virtually all construction projects in Ontario. Further, changes to the Building Code and the amalgamation of a number of municipalities have changed the way the OBC and zoning processes impact on construction on a day-to-day basis.

I bring my knowledge of this law, and of the building code and zoning issues to bear in representing my clients. My experience in this regard has also resulted in my being asked to prepare and present many papers, speeches and seminars on these issues.
